Welcome to the Bonding Bowl Concept Evalution Program. Before participating in the program, please read through the 10 slides below so that you understand the concept background, purpose, etc. Start by clicking on the image of the golden retriever down at the bottom left. You can navigate through the slides by clicking the right and left arrows.

Included in the slides are some general guidelines that you are asked to abide by while participating in the program. After recieving the bowl you'd be ask to try it for atleast 4-5 weeks. Towards the end of the evaluation program you will be sent a survey to complete so that we can get important feedback from you. Thank you for participating.

By receiving and using the Bonding Bowl you (“I,” “me,” “myself,” other terms in the first-person) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. The Bonding Bowl (the “bowl”) is intended to aid in hand feeding of animals only.
2. The bowl is not for resale. You agree not to sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise convey the bowl to any person.
3. You agree to always wash your hands and the bowl before and after each use of the bowl. (It is recommended to wash hands with unscented soap.)
4. When not using the bowl, you agree to keep it in a cool, dry space indoors where it will be out of reach of pet(s), kid(s) and unauthorized user(s).
5. Bonding Bowl is not intended for use by humans. As with any pet product, pet food product or 3-D printed product, there may be risks of bacterial contamination or other contaminants. Bonding Bowl should be washed thoroughly before each use
6. This bowl is currently the concept/prototype evaluation phase, therefore you agree not take pictures or video of the bowl and its use. Further, you agree to refrain from posting any image or video of the bowl to any platform without the explicit consent from the company.
